Here at Bonnie Lee Massage, we know the value of an amazing massage appointment which is why when you have to cancel it’s no small request. We do however ask that you provide at least 12 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling. In the case of a no show or less than 12 hour notice there will be a fee of half the cost of your scheduled session. This same fee applies if you are more than 10 minutes late , and we will need to reschedule the session
At Bonnie Lee Massage, we hold the right to refuse service if any service out of my scope of practice regulated by the Oregon board of Massage Therapists is requested. Bonnie Lee Massage has a zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior or requests and will immediately end contact, block and report you to the proper authorities
